Founded in 2025 by Otis Umude, JayQuad Foundation was
established to improve quality of life and expand meaningful
opportunities.for vulnerable populations, strengthening
communities through health, education, technology,
food security, and financial empowerment.

Meet our Board Member
Otis Umude, PMP
As the Founder, Executive Director & Board Chair, Otis Umude leads JayQuad Foundation with a deep commitment to community development and sustainable impact.
He guides the organization’s growth and champions initiatives that expand access.
Juliet Umude
Juliet Umude is the Director of Operations and serves as Vice Chair of the Board.
With over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and technology, she oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations.
She also manages finances and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Tony Johnson
As the Board Secretary, Tony Johnson has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
He is responsible for record keeping and communication support.
He handles all our data entry, social media pages, and scheduling.
