All donations are tax-deductible and directly support families.

We are a community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping young people succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and family support, we create opportunities for youth to grow, learn, and thrive; both in and out of the classroom.

Founded by Otis Umude, JayQuad Foundation was founded on the belief that every child deserves access to opportunity. Alongside our programs, we support families through food assistance and financial literacy resource

Why It Matters

Too many children lack access to the resources and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. By combining education, technology, and family support, we address the root challenges that impact a child’s ability to succeed. We currently serve 250+ youth.

Meet our Board Member

Otis Umude, PMP

As the Founder, Executive Director & Board Chair, Otis Umude leads JayQuad Foundation with a deep commitment to community development and sustainable impact.

He guides the organization’s growth and champions initiatives that expand access.

Juliet Umude

Juliet Umude is the Director of Operations and serves as Vice Chair of the Board.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare administration and technology, she oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations.

She also manages finances and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Tony Johnson

As the Board Secretary​, Tony Johnson has over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant.

He is responsible for record keeping and communication support.

He handles all our data entry, social media pages, and scheduling.
